This is the code located in the Key Code box on the back of your catalog (shown below in the circled Key Code box). The Key Code might also be on your payroll deduction order form, or on an advertisement. To redeem a special offer from a catalog or special promotion, you must enter the Key Code from your catalog or the Key Code associated with the special offer.
