Description
The Pinnacle Runner is extremely lightweight at less than 10-ounces and is our first shoe to feature REVIVE™ ULTRA cushioning foam, engineered with pressurized Nitrogen. This supercritical foam allows the midsole to have various levels of density, support and energy return. The more translucent foam is engineered with bigger cells that are less dense and more shock absorbing for the heel of the foot. The more opaque areas of the midsole have tighter, denser cells, therefore providing more energy return in the toe off area. We’ve also removed a layer of non-shock-absorbing textile, allowing for more insole foam to midsole foam contact, decreasing weight and adding comfort. The mesh upper is water resistant, making this suitable for food service, healthcare, grocery and casual dining. The high-durability 4HD™ outsole is slip- and abrasion-resistant and stands up to gritty surfaces, sharp debris and petroleum products, such as oil and gas. The lugs will retain their shape longer, thus extending the life and performance of the shoe.
