Beautifull, Not for work
The shoes are incredibly beautifull, but this is not a shoe that you want to wear at work...
My Senators are best on confort, long shifts of 8-12h 5 days a week.
I dont imagine myself wearing this stanton for a shift of 2 hours.
This shoes are meant to be used on your day off

I am a manager at chick-fil-A and these Shoes are amazing because they are comfortable and fit perfectly when you are on your feet for long periods of time. Along with they stay shined and polished throughout the day. I definitely would recommend These shoes.

The best if maintained properly
I’ve worked 1 year at in n out with them and style kills they look good but hard on the feet the heels leather came lose with the insert outer edge coming lose as well after 5 months after that the design on top of your toes came apart showing my sock I highly recommend doing shoe maintenance on them to make them last to get your moneys worth cuz it is a nice shoe and when you look good you feel good such as my feet get wet every day and the leather gave out I just ordered my 2end pair and I don’t regret it

Beautiful shoe
This shoe is stunning but the non slip sole is the worst part of the package by far. I've owned them for 6 months and have only worn for about 4.
The issue is that the sole feels of poor quality and is already starting to lift off or unattached in key places that like to fold under when worn on carpet.
You will likely need a thin insole as these have zero cushion on the ball of the foot which made breaking them in nearly impossible until I was able to find a suitable dress shoe insole.
The cobblers knew what they were doing with the upper but the non slip sole is as bad as your average Non-slip Walmart shoe.
For $200+ I would have expected Shoes for Crews to have provided a custom, high quality sole.

the sole of the show comes off
I have had three pair of this shoes and the sole of the comes off (unglues)after couple of months . I like them bc my feet don't sweat . and they look good. but I won't be buying them anymore

Sole comes apart, uncomfortable
I am in my second pair because the sole came off the first pair within the first two months. These shoes look nice but they aren’t durable. They also aren’t really comfortable because the sole is so rigid
